Refund policy

Exchange Policy

    • We offer a one-time free exchange per order for size or product.
    • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
    • Product Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Return & Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
  • All approved returns will be issued as Store Credit (Gift Card), which can be used for future purchases.
  • COD Orders: Returns for Cash on Delivery orders will also be refunded only as store credit.
  • Shipping & COD Charges: Shipping fees and COD charges are non-refundable. 

Gift Card & Payment Guidelines

  • If a gift card is used, and a balance amount remains, it must be paid online via UPI, card, or net banking.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for orders where a gift card has been applied. 

Damaged / Wrong Product / Missing Item

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Unboxing Video Requirement: Customers are strongly advised to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package. Claims related to missing or damaged items may not be accepted without proper video proof. 

Reverse Pickup

  • Serviceable Areas: Reverse pickup will be arranged from your address where courier service is available.
  • Non-Serviceable Areas: Customers will need to self-ship the product via a reliable courier (e.g., India Post). 

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
  • Prepaid Orders: 
    o    If cancelled after dispatch → refund will be issued as store credit (Gift Card) after the order is returned and passes QC. 

Exchange Delivery Timeline

  • Reverse pickup and quality check (QC) process may take 7 working days after the product is picked up.
  • Once approved, the exchanged product will be delivered within 7 working days.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Gift Cards
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Personalized/customized products
  • Items like punching bags, standing boxing bags, mouth guards, boxing gloves, supporters and undergarments
  • Items failing hygiene or quality checks 

General Guidelines

  • Return/exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
